About The Role:
To help the company grow in the UK. This role is in the driving seat for sourcing, generating, building and managing new business for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate new leads for the company.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that target specific markets and clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to potential clients, showcasing the value of the company’s products or services.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, working to secure favorable terms that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales metrics, track progress toward sales goals, and prepare reports for leadership on business development activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, staying updated on product or service developments to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.

Person Specifications:
Proven record of managing a business
First-class communication skills and the ability to work at all levels of an organization
Strong presentation skills
Familiar with all relevant MS Office applications Strong account management
Multi-lingual (Urdu/Hindi/Arabic) is advantageous.
Willing to Travel UK for Business Affairs
