About The Role:
To help the company grow in the UK. This role is in the driving seat for sourcing, generating, building and managing new business for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
    Create, execute, and refine multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage Content Marketing Efforts
    Oversee the development and distribution of valuable content across blogs, social media, email, and other channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
  • Optimize Search Engine Performance (SEO/SEM)
    Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Oversee Social Media Marketing
    Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and ensuring the brand’s presence is active, responsive, and relevant across platforms.
  • Analyze Data and Generate Insights
    Track and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs (like website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement) to understand campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns
    Create and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, maximizing ROI and staying within budget.
  • Lead Email Marketing and Automation
    Design and oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
    Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns that support the broader marketing and business goals.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Tools
    Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, making adjustments to strategies to stay competitive and effective in the market.

Person Specifications:
Proven record of managing a business
First-class communication skills and the ability to work at all levels of an organization
Strong presentation skills
Familiar with all relevant MS Office applications Strong account management
Multi-lingual (Urdu/Hindi/Arabic) is advantageous.
Willing to Travel UK for Business Affairs
